The Globeleq Educational Trust is committed to removing educational barriers, providing financial support and mentorship to enable students to achieve their academic goals.
The Globeleq Educational Trust is focused on providing financial aid in the form of bursaries, with an emphasis on supporting women and students enrolled in renewable energy and STEM fields, aiming to bridge gender gaps and enhance the industry’s talent pool. This commitment not only promotes B-BBEE and gender equality but also contributes to the broader goals of economic development and sustainability.

Applicants must be
- South African citizens
- Have an interest in renewable energy.
- Must be studying full-time (2025 onwards).
- May be studying for any field/topic at a DHET/SAQA-recognized tertiary school/university.
- Unemployed (not working full or part-time in 2025), and must not have worked full-time before 2025.
- Have applied to study in 2025 or have already been accepted for registration in 2025.
Bursaries are offered only for studies leading to higher certificates, diplomas, degrees or equivalent NQF-rated qualifications
Preference will be given to Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM) qualifications.
