  • National Diploma/ National N Diploma in Business /Finance/Marketing/Commerce/Social Science/ Business Management at NQF 6 with 240 credits

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in working with customers and customer relation

  • Handling inbound interactions
  • Handling back office activities
  • Handling multi-media and outbound activities
  • Provide and improve general customer services.
