The Human Capital Learner Role: Building Future Leaders
This 12-month program is meticulously designed to maximize individual and organizational development through the execution of predefined training objectives. As a Human Capital Learner, participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience and contribute significantly to the Human Capital team at Absa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide essential general administrative support to the Human Capital team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the crucial processes of integrating new employees and managing departures.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and support efficient filing and documentation practices.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to the coordination of initiatives focused on employee engagement and well-being.
- Learning & Development: Provide support in various learning and development activities, including the logistics of training sessions.
- Data Management & Reporting: Assist in data capture and the compilation of vital HR reports, offering insights into human capital metrics.
- Project Participation: Engage in various ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, broadening exposure to different facets of Human Resources.

- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are highly valued, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities.

- Background Check: Applicants must have no criminal record and a clear credit record.
