Job Purpose

The Crew Administrator: Crew Training/Admin/Audit/Procedures/Reports is responsible for the support and administrative aspects of training delivery in terms of maintaining schedules, booking delegates, scheduling trainers/facilitators, controlling stationery and training material requirements, maintaining training records as well as maintaining training facilities and equipment. The role is responsible for ensuring that the Team Leader: Crew Training/ Audit/ Admin/ Procedures/ Reports has timely and accurate information at hand to make valuable decisions regarding training programmes and initiatives.

Lastly, the role will be required to support the optimisation of the function by participating in improvement projects within area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12/Matric or equivalent at NQF 4 is essential 
  • A 3 year diploma in Office Administration or related qualification at NFQ level 6 and/ or 4 years work experience in either training or an administration environment
  • Advanced International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) Certification will be an advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Intranet and Internet
