ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT VACANCY AT THE NATIONAL LOTTERIES COMMISSION OF SOUTH AFRICA

The National Lotteries Commission (NLC), a Scheduled 3A entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), is a statutory body established in terms of the Lotteries Act (Act 57 of 1997), as amended with the purpose of regulating South African Lotteries and administering the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund (NLDTF). Suitably qualified prospective candidates who are South African citizens are invited to submit their applications to fill the position listed below. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role of Administrative Assistant will play an important role in organising, managing, and keeping the Legal Services Division running. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all clerical and organisational tasks like file organising, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • National Diploma in Office Management / Business Administration or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent within a corporate
