Job Description
Manage all customers in the region as per the service agreements in place utilizing Business Excellence principles
Required outputs: functional
- Manage a portfolio of Key customers in the region
- Provide service and reports according to customer contract requirements
- Understand the products and technology in order to manage performance of treatment programs effectively
- Adhere to and maintain all health and safety requirements as per the Passport 360 system
- Monitor inventory of consumables, equipment and critical spares
- Supervise and manage team performance to achieve work unit objectives
- Achieve sales budget and contribution KPI’s
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with key customers
- Conduct regular safety audits and training
- Ensure SHEQ compliance is maintained on all customer sites
- Maintain profitability through correct chemical dosing, monitoring and inventory control as per the contract agreements
- Submit pricing requests according to schedule
- Ensure customer retention by implementing Business Excellence principles
- Analysis of all samples
- Regular customer meetings
- Ensure housekeeping is in order
- Forecasting for sales and chemical requirements
- Meet business critical deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric with maths and science
- Computer and Financial Literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience with water treatment
