Apprentice (On the Job training)
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of a fleet of modern turbine powered aircraft, across all disciplines toward completion of the candidate’s On Job Training (hereafter known as OJT).
Requirements
- Must have completed their 35-week theoretical training at a reputable academy for basic theory and practical training in either the mechanical, avionic, or other applicable trade with a minimum pass mark of 75%
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification with pure Mathematics and a Science subject result of 65% or greater
- Having worked within the AMO/Erigineering environment and gained a recognized amount of hands-on maintenance experience on live aircraft.
Apprentice (First Year)
Completing the first year of Basic Training at an approved facility in the selected trade
Requirements
- Mınımum Grade 12 Matric Certificate with pure Mathematics and a Science subject result of 65% or greater
- Engineering or Aircraft related qualification.
- Must be unemployed and willing to complete a 3-year apprenticeship program
Learnership
Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the division the Learner has been placed under
Requirements
- Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Must be unemployed and studying towards a qualification that requires workplace experience in order to graduate Course fields include but not limited to: Travel and Tourism, HR, Office Administration or Business Management
- Must have a desire for waiting to work within the aviation industry
