AmaZulu Football Club is offering an exciting internship opportunity for final-year students or recent graduates in Video, or an equivalent qualification who are looking to gain valuable workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operate video equipment and edit your footage efficiently.
  • Contribute to content creation for the club’s digital platforms, including the website YouTube and social media.
  • Capture and profile club events, youth structures, and academy programs.
  • Perform photography tasks and related duties.

Skills and Requirements

  • ·Ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable interacting with football fans in a respectful manner.
  • Proactive and creative in suggesting new media opportunities for the club.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, efficient in all video & photo editing software.

Additional Information:

  • Provide a link for a portfolio of your previous work. Note that your application will not be considered if this is not provided.
  • Knowledge of the Premier Soccer League, South African football trends, SAFA amateur structures, and social media best practices is a plus.
  • Final-year students must provide a current proof of registration, confirming their availability and commitment to this role. You must be available fulltime in 2025 for the position.
  • This position reports to Media & Comms Department Heads.
