About the Programme
The Anglo American Engineering Learnership is divided into three key phases:
- First Year: Institutional training at Sivos Technical Training Centre, where learners gain formal technical education and build foundational knowledge.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 certificate and an N2 certificate with four relevant subjects (Millwright trade applicants must have five relevant subjects).
- Medical Assessment: Must pass a medical job-fit assessment (RFA).
- Residency: Preference given to candidates residing in the Tsantsabane Municipality.
- Age Requirement: 18 to 35 years.
