Key Responsibilities
As a Dispensary Support Learner, your role will include:
- Selling Schedule 1 medicines or scheduled substances.
- Assisting with compounding, manipulation, and preparation of non-sterile medicines.
- Unpacking and merchandising stock while keeping dispensary and OTC shelves clean.
- Learning to accurately interpret prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Picking, packing, labelling, and checking medication.
- Managing stock by ensuring correct organisation, cleanliness, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Providing health-related information to promote awareness.

Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 (Matric) with Pure Mathematics.
- Physical Science or Life Science as an additional subject.
- Minimum of 50% average pass in final results.
