Qualifications
Education and Certification
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent, with successful completion in:
- Technical Mathematics or Mathematics
- English or Business English
- Technical or Physical Science (preferred)
Experience
- No previous experience required; this is an entry-level learnership.
Skills and Competencies
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Ability to pass a stress and fear assessment, which includes:
- Working at heights
- Confined spaces
- Exposure to fire scenarios
- Successful completion of a firefighter fitness assessment
