The BANKSETA, in partnership with the ETDP SETA, is offering a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme for 2025. This initiative is designed to provide unemployed graduates with valuable workplace experience while contributing to skills development, innovation, and growth in both the banking and education sectors.

About the Internship Programme
This graduate internship is a structured two-year programme that provides participants with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the professional working environment. By joining, graduates will gain practical experience in their field of study and enhance their employability in the financial services and education sectors.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the BANKSETA Graduate Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Hold a completed qualification in one of the following fields:
- Research & Strategy – NQF Level 9 (Master’s) – 1 position
- Finance – NQF Level 8 (Honours/PGDip) – 1 position
- Marketing & Communications – NQF Level 8 (Honours) – 1 position
- Human Resources (HR) / Education / Training & Development – NQF Level 6+ or equivalent – 1 position
- Human Resources (HR) / Education / Training & Development – NQF Level 6+ or equivalent – 1 position based at the Eastern Cape Regional Office
