Purpose of the DBE Internship Programme
The DBE Internship Programme aims to bridge the gap between academic study and employment readiness. Successful applicants will be placed within the Department of Basic Education, where they will receive practical training, mentoring, and insight into the daily operations of South Africa’s education sector. Contract Period: Fixed 24 months
Stipend:
- Graduate Internship: R7 860.39
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent: R5 639.64
