Job Purpose: What You’ll Do as a Call Centre Agent
As a Sales Call Centre Agent, you will be at the heart of Blue Label Connect’s sales strategy. Working under the guidance of the Outbound Team Leader, your role will involve promoting, selling, upgrading, and retaining customers through engaging inbound and outbound calls.
Your drive, resilience, and customer-first approach will help you achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Call Centre Agent, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Making outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Updating customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Delivering excellent customer service with a “customer is king” attitude.
- Clearly explaining and promoting product offerings to potential clients.
- Handling objections professionally and closing sales with confidence.
- Working closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for these call centre vacancies in Midrand, you must meet the following criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential.
- At least 2 years of sales call centre experience.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
