Responsibilities
Milk Procurement & Quality Assurance
• Gain an understanding of the end-to-end milk procurement process.
• Compliance with dairy and legal standards.
• Quality assurance of raw milk.
Administration & Financial Management
• Generate tax invoices.
• Manage budget forecasting for milk procurement.
• Accurate and timely payments.
Contract & Supplier Management
• Manage contracts and procurement conditions for raw milk supply.
• Secure and maintain agreements with suppliers.
Stakeholder Relations
• Engage with internal and external milk producers.
• Acquire and onboard new farmers to expand milk supply.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
• Logistics processes, including milk collection, routing, and route analysis.
• Gain hands-on experience in milk reception operations.
Systems & Process Optimization
• Procurement systems and optimize processes.
Supply Planning
• Supply planning strategies.
