Placement Options
1. Client Services
The Client Services team is the first point of contact for Coronation’s personal investment clients. This is where you’ll learn the art of exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, emails, and walk-in client queries
- Assist with unit trust, retirement, and life product enquiries
- Provide clear investment information to clients and advisers
- Ensure all actions meet FICA, FAIS, and data accuracy requirements
- Resolve queries efficiently and meet service level targets
2. Validations
The Validations team is responsible for protecting client data and ensuring the integrity of investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate retirement and unit trust transactions
- Process adviser applications and confirm licensing compliance
- Ensure adherence to FICA, FAIS, and Regulation 28
- Process investments accurately and on time
- Maintain and update secure digital client records
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Science, Economics, Law, Investment Management, or another commerce-related field
- Experience: No prior work experience required – this is open to new graduates
- Skills & Attributes:
