About the PB&A Graduate Programme
The PB&A Graduate Programme is a contract-based initiative that blends classroom learning with hands-on training in:
- Wealth Management – Building strategies to grow and protect client wealth.
- Financial Planning – Helping clients achieve long-term financial security.
- Investment Strategy – Creating effective investment portfolios tailored to client needs.
Participants will be exposed to real-world financial advisory work through:
- Attending client meetings alongside experienced advisors.
- Shadowing top-performing professionals.
- Conducting in-depth research and preparing professional reports.
- Assisting with client portfolio management and advisory tasks.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: FAIS-accredited NQF Level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate in one of the following:
- BCom Investments
- Financial Planning
- Estate Planning
- Financial Management
- Accounting
- Economics
- Must reside in Free State, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga Highveld, or Mpumalanga Lowveld.
- Must pass a credit record check in line with the National Credit Act (NCA).
