Who Can Apply?

- Possess strong numerical skills, with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy passed at Grade 12 level.
- Be in their second year or higher at a tertiary institution (advantageous).
- Provide details of any previous examination administration experience, such as work as an Examination Assistant or Quality Assurer.

Duties of an Examination Assistant
Examination Assistants will be based at District and Head Offices. Their responsibilities include:
- Receiving, checking, controlling, and scanning scripts daily, and preparing them for marking.
- Ensuring the correct number of scripts and marksheets per batch, subject, and examination session are received and dispatched to the right marking venues.
- Addressing any discrepancies per subject, paper, or session.
- Preparing marking centre files and assisting with dispatching scripts to centres.
- Archiving and indexing scripts after marking for secure storage and retrieval.
These duties ensure smooth and secure exam administration across the province.
