Requirements
- General building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning).
- Valid driver’s license.
Tasks
- Undertake general upkeep and maintenance of building.
- Liaise regularly with the Building Manager and perform daily and weekly inspections.
- Undertake generator tests and ensuring that fuel levels are always at reasonable levels .
- Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs.
- Ability to work closely with Building manager during minor upgrades, revamps and new fit-outs.
- Basic handling skills of power/general tools
- Intermediate administrative skills i.e. controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services etc.
- Maintenance of all air-condition types and extractors
