Requirements
- Ability to perform duties
- Basic literacy
- Relevant general labour duty experience at a waste water
- treatment works will be an added advantage
- Physical fitness and health
Competencies
Ability to understand and follow given instructions; willingness to accept responsibility; ability to work as a team member or independently; good communication and listening skills; ability to make real-time work-related decisions.
Primary Functions
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace
- Load and unload stores and equipment
- Dig and fill trenches, and maintain the site
- Execute ad hoc tasks as given by supervisor
- Ensure that working areas are kept clean and hygienic
