Who qualifies for Golden Arrow Bus funding?

• All South African citizens
• All SASSA grant recipients qualify for funding
• Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R400 000 per annum
• Person with disability: Combined household income must not be more than R600 000 per annum
• Must study BSc Computer Science field, from their 2^nd year
• Willing to work for Golden Arrow for the number of years that were funded.

What does the bursary cover?

• Amounts indicated of accommodation, tuition and transportation need to be aligned with the approved latest DHET guidelines.
• Accommodation: As per the actual costs charged by the university (costs for private accommodation must not exceed costs for university residence)
• Monthly allowances (a stipend) to cover incidental and reasonable costs, to assist the student in his studies, an amount of R4000.00 per month or as GABS shall determine from time to time.

• If you’re an orphan, you must submit a death certificate of your parents.
