Hesto is looking for dynamic and energetic graduates to join the engineering department
Job description
- Follow a structured training programme,
- Perform all duties as contained in the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme), as well as reasonably be required to perform by Hesto Harnesses.
- Undergo performance assessments and reviews,
- Provide technical support for day to day of the plants,
- Support administrative and processes improvements initiatives of the organisation in the areas allocated,
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
- B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BSc/ B. Eng in the following fields: ( Essential)
o Mechanical Engineering,
o Mechatronics Engineering,
o Electrical Engineering,
o Industrial Engineering,
- An average pass mark of 60% & and above. (Essential)
