Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

As a Learner Branch Marketer, your primary objective is to help meet sales targets while ensuring a positive experience for customers. Your duties will span from basic stock handling to customer engagement and merchandising.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Selling the company’s merchandise in alignment with agreed targets
  • Marketing stock to customers and assisting them proactively
  • Managing stock control to maintain consistent product availability
  • Merchandising – replenishing, displaying, organizing the shelves
  • Keeping the working space clean, neat, and organized
  • Handling customer queries and resolving problems (where permitted)
  • Supporting other branch tasks as required
