Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a Learner Branch Marketer, your primary objective is to help meet sales targets while ensuring a positive experience for customers. Your duties will span from basic stock handling to customer engagement and merchandising.
Main responsibilities include:
- Selling the company’s merchandise in alignment with agreed targets
- Marketing stock to customers and assisting them proactively
- Managing stock control to maintain consistent product availability
- Merchandising – replenishing, displaying, organizing the shelves
- Keeping the working space clean, neat, and organized
- Handling customer queries and resolving problems (where permitted)
- Supporting other branch tasks as required
