Areas of Exposure
- Engage with customers to compile action plans and co-ordinate arrangements for events, and communicate these through to business unit properties
- Co-ordinate and communicate logistics for appointments, site visits, meetings, presentations and events
- Follow-up with clients and / or customers around their level of satisfaction and the way forward with regards business opportunities
- Make bookings and reservations in the system, recording accurate customer profiles
- Communicate any details with customers and other relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a qualification Marketing
- Internship should be a requirement for institutions to complete the qualification
- Valid South African ID
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships.
