During the 12 months programme graduates are exposed to real work, taking place in the company’s manufacturing environments as well supporting critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing. The Graduates are provided with relevant training and mentoring, providing both formal and informal guidance. Premier offers a range of exciting career opportunities for graduates in Product Research and Development environment.
During this time, you will work in the CIP Department, providing support to the Packaging Development and Projects Team, while at the same time, picking up soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Packaging Development from IPSA/ Diploma in Food Science Technology
Experience Requirements
- Accurate record keeping of your workplace exposure and experience in your logbook, to ensure compliance with Seta and your learning institution reporting
- Required to work a 5-day week & overtime as required.
- Required to travel within different sites. A driver’s licence will be recommended

- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards

- Have basic skills in SOPs and Recipes
