Pam Golding Western Seaboard is looking for motivated Individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate with an Internationally recognized brand. The focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of renting and managing a residential property.

Responsibilities

• Listing / Marketing and Renting properties
• Management of properties
• Placing tenants
• Completing lease agreements and mandates
• Doing credit checks
• Inspections reports
• Handling queries

Requirements

• A valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Their own laptop and cell phone
• Must be live in or very near Sunningdale/ Parklands
• Matric certificate
• Knowledge of the real estate industry would be an advantage
• Microsoft Office
