Main accountabilities:
- Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are based on virtual and face to face and virtual work immersion, i.e. connect, learn and perform these tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.
- In support of the virtual / face to face work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development. Training will be available online, via virtual / face to face meetings and virtual / face to face classroom sessions.
- At the end of the rotations, you are required to achieve all milestones as per Job Description and Performance Contract
Qualifications
FAIS accredited Honours qualification in:
- BCom Financial Planning
- BCom Business Management
Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.
Additional Information
- South African Citizen
- Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months
- Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
