The successful candidate will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft office applications.
Requirements
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Attend to general queries from clients by providing accurate information and first call resolution
- Manage and control parcels and invoices and ensure the delivery to the relevant department and/or person
- Manage and control courier items, registered mail and registration papers (authorised person/s) for collection.
- Maintain an accurate collection information system (volume of letters collected, registered mail/parcels, registration papers, summons letters etc.).
- Ensure all visitors to the building are greeted professionally and directed to the necessary contact person/meeting timeously.
- Ensure the relevant emergency personnel are contacted should an emergency occur.
- Assist in financial administration (requests for BBBEE certificates, letter typing, printing envelopes, file labels, foreign currency requests, filing of bank statements and invoices.)
- Effective resource and equipment management (Vehicles, Boardrooms etc.)

- Good time management skills.
Driver’s license is essential, and should be regular driver
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Standard 10) with a certificate in customer service or other relevant certificate.
Work Experience
- 3 – 5 years’ work experience in a receptionist role
