- Pre-authorise claims according to clinical guidelines and tariffs.
- Escalate complex cases for multi-disciplinary adjudication.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor treatment quality.
Reporting
- Track and report on objectives, risks, and emerging trends.
- Provide ad-hoc reports to support process improvements.
- Draft documents, briefing notes, and presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement
