Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess claims, ensuring alignment with RAF treatment protocols.
  • Pre-authorise claims according to clinical guidelines and tariffs.
  • Escalate complex cases for multi-disciplinary adjudication.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor treatment quality.

Reporting

  • Track and report on objectives, risks, and emerging trends.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to support process improvements.
  • Draft documents, briefing notes, and presentations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, claimants, and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries within set turnaround times.
  • Recommend corrective actions and provide follow-up feedback.
