The University of Edinburgh including other Scottish Institutions are awarding 50 scholarships for students from chosen countries to study one-year taught Masters’ programmes in the subjects offered.

Any one-year postgraduate Masters’ taught programmes offered by the Universities related to the following: Science; Technology; Creative industries; Healthcare and medical sciences; Renewable and clean energy.

Target Group

International Students from the USA, Pakistan, Japan, India, China, Hong Kong and Canada

Conditions, Eligibility, Requirements and Benefits

  • Must have been accepted for admission on a full-time basis for a postgraduate 1 year Masters programme
  • The award is benchmarked on academic merit. You must have achieved at least 2.1 class undergraduate degree equivalent to the UK standards.
  • You must not have studied in the Scotland before.
