Job Description
The social media intern will support the Busamed groups social media strategy by creating content, managing and posting on all platforms, engaging with communities and analysing performance and analytics.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Staying up to date on the latest trends
- Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages and mentions
- Building and maintaining relationships with followers
- Tracking campaign performance and reporting on results
- Analyzing data for social media campaigns and proposing improvements
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks related to social media
Requirements
- A degree/diploma in Social Media or Digital Marketing
- No work Experience needed
- Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns
- Adapt to changing priorities and challenges
- Able to create engaging and relevant content
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
