Provide efficient administrative services in line with local, global and legislative requirements. To ensure the effective logistics flow of all passenger vehicles from point of origin through to delivery at the dealer, incorporating effective supplier measurement and management in compliance to the Company’s Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
All activities will be done in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and other relevant policies.
Main Tasks:
· Supply Chain Functions: eNatis enquiry to ensure registration of units are completed in a timeous way. Cancellation re-allocation enquiries VIA the DQP platform, AdHoc support with department data generation and reporting.
· Logistics team with operational requirements and actively learning the core functions of the Logistics process, tracking , monitoring and managing delivery performance and Agent feedback
· Projects: Involved in operational excellence projects across the respective division and/or business units. These projects will include: ROTF support as well as any projects in direct relation to supply chain functions
Knowledge and Experience
· SAP Wholesale Template
· Supplier management within the automotive
· Supply Chain / Logistics / Distribution
· Product knowledge
· National Distribution Policy of MBSA
Experience:
· 1-3 years’ relevant experience
