DEADLINE: 07 March 2025
They are looking for an unemployed HR graduate to perform various administrative tasks and support their HR department’s daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and
employment forms. - Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date.
- Assist with Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection process.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Assist with termination and on-boarding processes and procedures.
- Ensure all reference and criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
- Handle health and safety processes and queries.
- Package documentation required for meetings and other departmental engagements.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Plan and coordinate HR events or functions.
- Assist with the implementation of Employee Wellness initiatives.
- Assist with human resources-related administration.
Requirements
- The applicant must have a Diploma in Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in human resources
would be an advantage. - Knowledge of Sage 300 People will be an added advantage.
- Previous HR experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
- Clear criminal record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning, organising and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
