Thrive Student Living Partial-Accommodation Bursary

Thrive Student Living is one of the leading private student accommodation providers in South Africa.
What will the Bursary include?
- Discounts on Accommodation Rental fees (only)
- If you are unable to pay one of your discounted monthly rentals as provided by the bursary, then you risk eviction and losing your bursary discount permanently.
Any applicant or awardee later revealed to not be studying full-time; will have their bursary contract/offer terminated and required to refund all benefits provided to them by the bursary.
Bursaries will be awarded in line with the Employment Equity plan of the organization.
The bursary programme will be aimed at candidates who meet the following criteria:
- All students registered for full-time studies at any DHET/CHE registered tertiary Institution (university, college, etc), in 2025.
- For the following qualification levels: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree/Honours, Masters or Phd.
- Students who are self-funding or bursary-funded (NSFAS-funded students do not qualify)
- Students that are interested in getting a lease with Thrive Student Living, for any room type.
- Applicant must be planning to reside in a Thrive Property in 2025 (or currently residing in one for 2024).
- If you are not interested in renting from a Thrive Student Living accommodation in 2025, then do not apply for this bursary.
- By applying, all applicants agree to have their documents assessed for FICA requirements
- Academic performance: Academic average of atleast 60% (for your most recent full-year of schooling)
- Depending on the application stage, candidates may be required to undergo screening, shortlisting, interview, and psychometric assessments.
