Position Overview
Position: Young Professionals in Training
Employee Group: Trainee
Location: Durban Central
Purpose:
To provide graduates with practical workplace experience, project-based learning, and organisational support to help them transition into full-time professional roles.
Key Responsibilities
As a Young Professional in Training, you will:
- Shadow experienced staff and participate in learning activities
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Communicate with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Address queries promptly and professionally
- Provide administrative, research, and general assistance
- Execute project work independently and collaboratively
- Produce high-quality deliverables that contribute to client-focused solutions
Qualifications & Experience Required
Applicants must have one of the following:
- BCom Honours in Marketing, Economics, or Logistics
- Degree in Law (Corporate and Governance)
- Degree in Financial Information Systems
- National Diploma or BCom Degree in Internal Auditing or Accounting
Additional requirements:
- 0–1 year work experience (graduates preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- South African citizenship
- Age between 18–35
