Minimum Required Qualification:

NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)
Have at least 3 years’ experience as an administrator within a mining environment or related sector.
Demonstrate strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and have data-capturing knowledge and experience.
Be an assertive goal orientated self-starter with good interpersonal organizational and time management skills.
Have the ability to work independently.
Have awareness of customer service and apply the skills of customer care in a specific work environment.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English both verbally and in writing including report writing.
Be able to apply problem-solving techniques.
Pay attention to detail and participate in a team.
Be an assertive goal-orientated self-starter with good interpersonal organizational and time management skills.
Be medically fit to work in the specific business area.
Have a clear security screening record

Providing administrative support in respect of the organisation’s Learning and Development quality management system and the Learning Management system (LMS).
Prepare and submit written reports to management.
Safe keeping and maintaining of records for audit purposes and supplying information and printouts as requested.
Completing and follow-up on External Training Purchase Order requests.
Carry out administrative, clerical, and general secretarial duties such as filing, typing documentation, dealing with general telephonic queries.
Providing general assistance to the management team.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality of sensitive information
