Purpose of the job

 Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated Managers and teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the office. 

Working Environment

  • Overtime work may be required
  • Pressurized environment,
  • 6 day position which may include Sundays and Public Holidays

Qualification requirements

  • Matric qualification (essential)
  • Relevant financial Diploma (advantageous)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 -5 years admin, creditors, debtors and wage experience, sales
  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years PA experience

Responsibilities

  •  Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated Managers and teams in order to ensure the
  • smooth running of the office,
  • handling of petty cash,travel arrangements, organization of staff functions and stationery.
  • Take responsibility for the front office reception, receiving and sending parcels,
  • answering switchboard and remain professional in dealings with customers and employees.
  • Relief and support debtors-, creditors-, wage- and value chain
  • clerks in their duties.
  • Adherence to all relevant financial SOP’s
