Purpose of the job
Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated Managers and teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Working Environment
- Overtime work may be required
- Pressurized environment,
- 6 day position which may include Sundays and Public Holidays
Qualification requirements
- Matric qualification (essential)
- Relevant financial Diploma (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 3 -5 years admin, creditors, debtors and wage experience, sales
- Computer literacy
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years PA experience
Responsibilities
- Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated Managers and teams in order to ensure the
- smooth running of the office,
- handling of petty cash,travel arrangements, organization of staff functions and stationery.
- Take responsibility for the front office reception, receiving and sending parcels,
- answering switchboard and remain professional in dealings with customers and employees.
- Relief and support debtors-, creditors-, wage- and value chain
- clerks in their duties.
- Adherence to all relevant financial SOP’s
