Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)

- Helping with Requests for Quotations (RFQs), tenders, and bid documentation
- Attending bid meetings as observers
- Assisting with contract management and document filing
- Ensuring compliance with SCM processes and regulations
- Supporting travel coordination and processing travel requisitions
- Providing general administrative support across SCM functions
