Who can apply?

- Studies must take place at one of the following universities: WITS, SU, NMU, or UP.
Age Requirements
- ๐จ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐: Applicants must be under 21 years old in the year of application.
- ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐: Applicants must be under 26 years old in the year of application.
- ๐ฃ๐ต๐ ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐: Applicants must be under 30 years old in the year of application
Academic Qualifications
๐จ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
Minimum of 60% in Pure Mathematics.
Preliminary Grade 12 results must have an average of 70% (excluding Life Orientation).
๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐:
A Bachelor of Science Honours in a related field with a minimum weighted average of 65%.
๐ฃ๐ต๐:
A Research Masterโs degree in a related field.
Applicants must identify and approach an academic supervisor before applying.
