Internship Details
- Closing Date: 27 August 2025
- Location: Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Position: Financial Internship (1 position)
- Stipend: R100,000 per annum (all-inclusive)
- Duration: 24 months
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- A completed qualification in one of the following:
- BCom Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management (SCM), OR
- National Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or SCM.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Note: No prior work experience is required, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity for recent graduates.
Key Competencies & Performance Areas
As a Financial Intern, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer and gain exposure to:
- Assisting with VAT reconciliation.
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Supporting financial and performance reporting.
- Assisting with revenue and expenditure management.
- Participating in supply chain and procurement management.
- Supporting the development and implementation of financial and budget policies.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
