The Western Cape Department of Agriculture is offering unemployed graduates the chance to gain hands-on work experience through its Internship Programme 2025/2026. Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens residing in the Western Cape.
- Have completed Grade 12 in the Western Cape.
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Hold a qualification relevant to the internship field applied for.
- Be applying for an internship in government for the first time.
- Preference will be given to women and persons with disabilities.

Important Information
- Successful candidates will be placed on a 24-month contract.
- A monthly stipend of R7,860 will be paid.
