The Western Cape Government CASP Graduate Opportunity 2026-2027 for unemployed graduates with agriculture-related qualifications
This programme aims for proper placement of unemployed graduates with agriculture related qualifications in relevant farms or enterprises with the agriculture value chain to reduce the unemployment rate among youth of Western Cape. Further provide them with required practical hands-on experience and by linking participants with potential entities that support the development of entrepreneurs.
Minimum Requirements
(Applicants applying for Paarl, Wellington, Tulbagh, Caledon, Paardenberg, Porterville and Knysna): An appropriate 3-year B-degree or higher qualification in Agriculture. You desire an opportunity to gain practical work experience. You are a South African citizen and reside in the Western Cape. You are and unemployed graduate between the ages of 36 and 45 years. Youth 18-35 years. Persons with a disability are encouraged to apply. Suitable qualification in line with the Agriculture related.
(Applicants applying for Drakenstein, Tokai, George, Brandwacht, Mossel Bay, Waboskraal, Langa, Claremont, Kenilworth, Schaapkraal,Caledon, Knysna): An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or higher qualification in Agriculture. You desire an opportunity to gain practical work experience. You are a South African citizen and reside in the Western Cape. You are and unemployed graduate between the ages of 36 and 45 years. Youth 18-35 years. Persons with a disability are encouraged to apply. Suitable qualification in line with the Agriculture related.
Applicants must be entering an internship/developmental programme in government for the first time
