Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa In Service Trainee Manufacturing Planning

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in its Manufacturing department. CCBSA is looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for an In-Service Manufacturing Planning. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments will be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Stores related ERP systems will be beneficial

  • Thrive in a fast paced, pressurised and competitive environment
  • The ability to apply theoretical  principles in the development of novel business solutions
  • Well developed decision making skills
  • Identifiy and apply new trends

ATTITUDE

  • A passion for quality and people
  • High energy levels and a positive attitude

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy passed with 40% 
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%
  • Studying towards  Operations Management
  • Completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete the qualification
  • Willing to complete In-Service/ Experiential Training in Industry
  • Must not have previously completed an In-Service Trainee programme at another company or organization

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
  • Must be between 18-35 years of age
  • Candidate must have a letter from the institution requesting work place experience for in order for the candidate to complete their qualification.
