Footgear Supply Chain TVET N6 Internship Programme
This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and will assist with:
- Supporting stock allocation and replenishment processes
- Assisting with inventory tracking and reporting
- Monitoring stock levels across stores and warehouse
- Capturing and maintaining supply chain data accurately
- Assisting with supplier coordination and follow-ups
- Supporting warehouse and distribution operations
- Assisting with purchase order tracking and updates
- Identifying and escalating stock discrepancies or shortages
- Supporting administrative and reporting functions within Supply Chain
Requirements
- Completed N6 Certificate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Management
- Must require Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) to obtain National Diploma
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills (advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
