Purpose of the Traineeship

Administrative and Operational Support
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks
- Supporting logistics alongside Administration Support
- Helping prepare reports and meeting materials
Project Support
- Contributing to the implementation and monitoring of project activities
- Assisting with project documentation
- Supporting coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Research and Analysis
- Conducting background research on topics relevant to the unit’s work
- Gathering, analysing, and summarising information from multiple sources
- Preparing briefing notes, summaries, and other outputs
Events and Outreach
- Supporting the preparation and organisation of events, workshops, meetings, and conferences
- Assisting with participant management, logistics, and follow-up activities
- Attending relevant meetings and preparing minutes or summary notes where needed
Communications
- Assisting with content preparation for websites, newsletters, and other communication channels
- Contributing to the dissemination of information and project results
Who Should Apply
Essential Qualifications
- A master’s degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Communications, Law, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- This is an early-career opportunity, and preference is given to candidates with limited professional experience, including internship experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Desirable Qualifications
