You will succeed in this role if:
- You are curious and resourceful, and you enjoy finding information, asking good questions and learning across the employee life cycle.
- You are comfortable conducting research on HR-related topics and using insights to support the development of workplace frameworks, tools and processes.
- You can coordinate talent activities timeously and accurately, in line with the HR calendar and team priorities.
- You can produce quality documentation, guidelines and presentation material using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
- You manage your time well, follow through on commitments and work effectively against set timelines.
